Computer Replacement

Desktop/Laptop units needing replacement - if customer is unsure of what to get and how to retrieve data from unit being replaced, I can provide the information needed for the caller's issue resolution OR would be happy to do this for them myself. Once again, this is includes Windows & iOS platforms.

Networking

Applies to residential callers only due to business mandated security needs

I am happy to assist customers with both wired & wireless residential network setup/repairs. In many cases this can be done by the callers without me having to actually go onsite. One thing of note, due to physical limitations, I cannot run any of the network cabling - should this is the case, but can easily work with the person(s) doing it to get it done correctly.

This is just a few examples of what I can do for the callers and my pricing is VERY easy on the pocketbook @ $25/hr. It should be noted that many things are priced at a flat rate and an example of this would be a Computer Replacement (including the finding of exactly the right unit & then data retrieval from old unit, if it's possible) at $50. My prices are well under what bringing any issues to a "boxed store" type of location would be as all you pay for here is my labor/time and even then, I can be flexible. It should also be noted that estimates will always be free!
